Reflection: I believe what this person is trying to say is that together the work effort is split and the success is the same or even multiplied. So why not work with other people. Some of you might say that the other person doesn't work as hard or you are shy. So you find someone who is going to work or get over your fear. Just know the easier it is with team mates it will be that much harder by yourself.
