Reflection: I thnkwhat anon is trying to say is that you only get to live once in that body so why not spend the time in that life giving kindness and goodness out to everyone. We should spend our lives giving positive feed back and opinions instead of bad ones. Say your friend worked hard on a project and you give him/her horrible feed back. You keep that memory and feel guilty later on. Why not give good feed back, he/she did work hard on it? Why die with regrets and an unclear conscience, why?
