Reflection: I believe what he is trying to say is that

simply just overcoming your fear isn't courage 

doing the right thing after you overcome your fear 

is courage because anyone can get over fear but 

there are few who can and will do the right thing 

afterwards.

Wellness Professionals instruct and do the planning so their coworkers can know what they will be doing. They work for schools, companies, or other organizations in which they can train people about their fitness goal.  They usually inform of talk with people about life style.

Educational Requirements:

They must have a high school degree, and then they must have a degree in discipline also having to do with nursing. They must then go through a supervised training.

Reflection: I believe what he is trying to say is that we should do our part right where ever we are to ensure that we get honour from it. Or else we get nothing in return.

Reflection: I believe what he is trying to say is that it better to say stay truthful no matter the outcome. If you you lose legitimately its ok, if you win by cheating it is not fair to the rest of the players.
