25 Acts of Kindness

ü Holding the door for the elderly.
ü Help take the groceries down.
ü Telling the truth to others.
ü Not being rude.
ü Pay for your part or more of the bill.
ü Be kind to everyone around you.
ü Believe in people.
ü Give to the homeless and needy.
ü Volunteer at hospitals.
ü Give a piece a candy to those that didn’t receive one.
ü Treat people who have disabilities the same as you would anyone else.
ü Be a positive role model where ever you go.
ü Help by adopting kids or pets; they need someone who loves them.

Reflection: I believe what this person meant is that we can not go above our physical and mental limits. Our limits though are up to as far as we push them. We got to see what we imagine and by that we get what we see. In short, we get what we imagine. So there are boundless goals to reach and strive for. We have to aim to hit our mark and by doing that we always reach goals.

Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sonographers are diagnostic medical professionals who operate ultrasonic imaging devices to produce diagnostic data. Sonography requires specialized education and skills to view, analyze and modify the scan to optimize the information in the image.
Average Salary: $78,520
Educational Requirements:
You should have one year certificate or an associate or bachelor’s degree in sonography. Sonography programs include classes in  anatomy and physiology.
Do you think you would like to be one?
I don't think I would like to be one because of what studies are required

Environmental Health Specialist-Sanitarian
Duties and Responsibilities:
Environmental Health Specialists/Sanitarians administer environmental and health programs for both public and private agencies and organizations in food protection and safety, water protection, air quality, noise, industrial and land pollution, sewage disposal, hazardous and toxic substances, solid waste management, emergency management and institutional health.
Average Salary: $50,000
Educational Requirements:
You must have a bachelor’s degree in at least 30 semester hours of physical or biological sciences. You must have experience in the field if environmental health. You must also be registered as an Environmental Health Specialist with the national Environmental Health Association.

Research Scientist  
Duties and Responsibilities:
Research Scientists work to improve life and health by increasing the world's knowledge about their chosen field of study.  Their interests are many and varied, and often they focus their research in biochemistry, genetics, immunology, microbiology, marine biology, molecular biology, physics, or pathology.  Research scientists may work independently or as part of a team.  Most work in research laboratories, but many work in field situations or teach in colleges, universities, and medical schools. 
Average Salary:  $25,000 - $75,000
Educational Requirements:
Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school including advanced placement and international baccalaureate courses. To work in biomedical scientific research requires at least a master's degree, and a doctorate is required to conduct advanced work or manage research programs or departments.

Respiratory Therapy Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respiratory therapists, or RTs, provide care for patients with heart and lung problems. They often treat people who have asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, cystic fibrosis and sleep apnea, but also those experiencing a heart attack or suffering a stroke.
Average Salary: $55,870
Educational Requirements:
You will need a minimum of a associates degree, but you can also have a bachelor’s degree. You will also need learn Anatomy, Chemistry, Microbiology, pharmacology and mathematics.
